4. Payment, Appointments, and Cancellations

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking for both single sessions and packages. Payments are processed via Calendly, our scheduling platform. A receipt along with booking confirmation will be provided upon payment.
• First Session: The first session, whether for an individual session or as part of a package, must be scheduled within six (6) weeks of payment.
• Package Use:
  • Sessions from the 3-month package must be completed within five (5) months of payment.
  • Sessions from the 4-month package must be completed within six (6) months of payment.
  • Unused sessions after these time frames are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling and Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged at the full rate.
• Rescheduling Tool: You may reschedule appointments conveniently through our scheduling platform, Calendly.
